1) If any member of staff is suggested to abusive or threatening behaviour and or any foul language use this will result in a lifetime ban of the salon.

2) We require every client that has not attended the salon for more than six months to have another patch test this is obviously a must for new clients too.

3) A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given if you want unable to attend your appointment if less than 24 hours all monies paid prior will be lost and another full payment will be required to book another appointment.

4) All new clients are required to pay in full upon booking.

5) We do not offer refunds.

6) We do offer a two week window to Make any amendments after this period all charges apply.

7) If you have requested a new cut or colour eg new look and then decide you don’t like it any changes made will be recharged at your cost.

8) If you are not required to isolate under government guidelines all charges apply if less than 24 hours notice regarding COVID-19.

9) All appointments please make yourself aware of the government guidelines concerning COVID-19 things change continuously so please keep yourself up-to-date.

 

10) Any illness by the stylist will result in a full refund on the day if we are unable to fulfil your appointments.
